Estrogen cream will almost certainly help. I would typically ask you to use 1 gram in your vagina at bedtime 2 times a week for 6 weeks, and then drop off to one time a week to see if that would be enough to hold you. Systemic absorption is very limited, and as a consequence, there are few side effects.
