I have a major side effect of decreased sexual desire, I'm okay once I am seduced to be in the mood but lately my clitoris just seems numb, which is how my husband gets me in the mood. It is very disturbing as I don't have orgasms at all and I think that is the only way I could. Is there a different anti-depressant that maybe would not have this dead feeling? I have tried Prozac when my doctor ran out of paxil one time and I didn't do well on it. Please help. PS I am not comfortable with masterbating, even with my husband.
