Question for the DoctorsFrom: cindy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 31 May 2000 22:49:22 -0500 (CDT)
My name is Cindy and I had a Lavh/Bso 4-18-00 due to endo and adeno. I got the operative report today and it said"Then, blunt dissection was used to penetrate into the abdomen to the peritoneum". Then further down it says"The peritoneum was very, very high in the pelvis and we were not able to grasp that and close the peritoneum". Is there a problem with this? Am I likely to have to have more surgery to correct this? Also. do you ever use compounded estrogens for your surgical menopausal patients? Any answers would be appreciated.
