Missed periods, mood swings, but most of all extremely sore breasts. My breast size has enlarged from a 38C to a 40D. My nipple areolar complexes are burning so badly and my breasts are always swollen and heavy. I cannot fit into my bras or clothing. What can I do to relieve this annoying problem? I am not having hot flashes--just bloating and missed periods. I am not on hormones and would prefer not to be. Please help--I'm losing my patience with the pain/burning of my breasts.
