You are correct in believing that Micronor is less forgiving than OCPs, and while I suspect that your bleeding is related to the missed pill, you are still unlikely to be pregnant. I think that you can go ahead and start your OCPs at the time that you planned, but a negative pregnancy test prior to starting might provide some added reassurance.
