I especially feel the aching when I push for bowel movements. I have no discharge or itching. I am a virgin. Can anyone tell me what this might be? And more important, can you recommend any over-the-counter treatments to relieve the burning? I have tried an oatmeal bath and Vagisil and neither one worked. Thanks!
