Do you feel them, is that it? Most probably they are Nabothian Cysts: pimples on the cervix. A provider, with an exam it the best one to evaluate. There isn't much that needs to be done right now, Monday should be soon enough. If they are Nabothian Cysts, usually they are left and will disappear on their own. In general I don't recommend examining your own cervix, as what you feel is difficult to examine without a visual exam with a speculum.
