It is tough to comment when your surgery is tomorrow. You should have the utmost confidence in your doc for any procedure, and it sounds like you have doubts. Have you had a complete discussion with him regarding your medical options and your concerns about the difficulty of the surgery? You should try to get your concerns addressed so that you are comfortable with the plan. I'm sure your doc would want to know how you feel.
