There is any connection between tubal pregnancies, tubal surgery, or short term methotrexate use and menstrual cycles. As our bodies change, so do the events around them. Many women who note iregular or heavy, painful periods after tubal ligations were previously of the pill, which alleviates many menstrual problems.
