If both urine and blood tests are neg. you are not pregnant. There can be a number of reasons why you haven't had a period yet. Most likely there is a slight irregularity to your cycle. By your symptoms, it sounds as if you may have a benign ovarian cyst. This also doesn't mean you have an infertility problem, unless you've been trying for over a year. Your visit to the dco will tell more.
