Post hysterectomy, bleeding, and pelvic pain

I am 24 y/o and 4 months postoperative following a supracervical hysterectomy. I just went through what they call that mini-period which I believe to be cause from the endometrium cells remaining on me cervix. I had dark brown bleeding heavier than spotting, but lighter than a normal period for 2 days on the third day had off and on spotting of still the same old brown blood. Since the onset of the bleeding I have had lower abdominal pain which I held to believe may be from possible adhesions formed from all the surgery done. I have since stopped bleeding on the fourth day from onset of the bleeding, but now have a sharp stabbing pain located on the right side of my pubic bone. The sight of this sharp pain is lower than my ovaries and and below my c-section incision. It definitely feels like it is actually radiating from my pubic bone. It is sharp and constant. I do still have the twinges of pain but dull in nature throughout my entire lower abdominal region. Intercourse is also painful kind of like a feeling of a very full bladder during intercourse, although I have fully emptied my bladder previous to intercourse. What could be causing this? Is it maybe just my insides healing, possible adhesions, or something else? I don't want to bother my doc with something that is of a menial nature. Something that isn't serious and just part of the after effects of a hysterectomy. I also want to add I have had no previous Hx of reproductive diseases. I underwent the supracervical hyst as a result of a gross uterine rupture during childbirth. So all in all I just need to know if this may signify something serious that my doc should look at or is it nothing to worry about. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking your time with this matter.
