I woke up this morning with stabbing pain in my lower left pelvic area. The same pain i have had episodes of over the last 2 years. It starts with stabbing pains, short in duration but reacurring. Then there is blood in my urine. The day before this starts i feel nausious. I had the nausia yesterday but didn't think it was the start of this. The nausia is always gone by the time the pain and bleeding starts. I have gone to the doctor several times with these episodes where i have been told its a bladder infection/ kidney infection, there is never bacteria in my urine only blood. I have no buring upon urination, i feel boated by no constant need to urinate although my urine stream is weak and don't feel relived upon urinating. I take the cipro, bactrum or whatever the doctor gives me. Over the last two years the symptoms always come back. I have been to a uroligist, had a cystoscopy other than blood everything seemed normal. Three weeks ago i went threw this took the medication perscribed by doctor finished the meds and 3 days later the pain and blood was back. Now this morning here it is again. I have pcos, have had one ovary removed, am currently, being treated with prometrium for endometrial hyperplasia. I don't know if this problem is urinary or reproductive organs in nature. I do no this problem keeps returning, i have no buring nothing every grows when the doctro dose a culture and this pain feels like i am being stabbed with a knife. Any input as to what this could be and what i should do now would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
