Yes, you could have a condition called polycystic ovarina syndorme --there is a whole section devoted to PCOS here on the obgyn.net women's section.
I am 22,
>thin and naturally muscular, and have a small chest. I also have had Sounds a lot like PCOS, but you need to see your gynecologist for a defintie diagnosis. PCOS is often treated with birth control pills to straighten out some of the hormone imbalance.
