But you had a hysteroscopic D&C to remove a polyp, so I am sure that is why your doctor wants to examine you~probably too see how you are healing. I know a lot of woman that had hysterectomies and their exams after that weren't "too" bad they say, so I would think this wouldn't be so bad. Just stay relaxed..it always helps during a pelvic exam when we keep the muscles relaxed, it makes it easier on us.
