Re: a bit concernedFrom: Kristy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 12 May 2000 14:45:27 -0800 (PST)
Starla, My advice would be get yourself to an ob/gyn to take a serum pregnancy test. Even though the home pregnancy test says that it was negative for pregnancy you could still be pregnant. By doing a blood test to double check for pregnancy they can determine if the pregnancy is ectopic. Home pregnanc tests will not be able to pick up ectopic pregnancies or miscarriages if one took place. Please the dr's office back and explain to them the seriousness of the situation and that it can no longer wait. Six months without a period definitely needs to be evaluated by a dr. I hope that this is of some help to you. Take care. Kristy :) _____________________________________________________________ Get YourName@mariah-fan.com email Today! -- _____________________________________________________________ Visit http://mail.mariah-fan.com
