Vaginal/Anal tear?

I am very concerned about some symptoms I have been experiencing in the last 2 months. I am a virgin and I have never had any of these problems before.

I started experiencing severe constipation about two and a half months ago. Out of desperation I started using enemas/suppositories. I also developed a strange way of pushing out bowel matter which includes rocking forward and backward while on the toilet and laying back to push, which is sometimes the only way I can have a succesful bowel movement. Sometimes when I push, I experience pain/pressure in the vulva area. I also began to experience burning/irritation (no itching) in my vulva/vaginal/anal area and a clear discharge (no smell).

The constipation is much better and I stopped using the enemas/suppositories because of the problems I hear they can cause. Although I have seen some overall improvement with my symptoms, I am very worried that I did damage to myself and mabye even caused some type of tear which could be causing the symptoms. Is that possible?
