If not, and you have a history of endometriosis, then you may have an entrapment syndrome. You may also want to try a chronic pain workup by a pain specialist, usually an anesthesiologist with particular interest in pain mapping. Also, if you have not been on antidepressants, like paxil or prozac, you may want to try these as they will sometimes help. We all have patients in our practices that have problems like yours, and I certainly do not have all the answers!
