Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: Cream for vaginal atrophy" Ever since my TAH/BSO five years ago, I’ve had itching, burning, and dryness. My doctor diagnosed vaginal atrophy a few months ago. He put me on Premarin Cream. I can’t take it any longer because it gives me abdominal pain, which I still have. Is there any other cream I could try that abominal pain isn’t a side effect?
