Nursing and menstruation

My baby is 10 months old and only breastfeeds once a day. Is this enough to continue to suppress ovulation and menstruation? I have not resumed my period since delivery. I am taking Micronor.

Also, I have had a few occasions the past couple months where I had that "full" feeling and some mild menstrual-like cramping. But no bleeding. Is this part of the return to normalcy as I cut down on nursing, or a sign that something is wrong?

Thanks Andrea
