Jamie If your ovaries are still in, then you are still ovulating (I guess you are young enough to still do this), so this may be the reason for the cramping. The ovaries have a slightly different anatomic position now that the uterus is gone, so you may feel them more. Four months out is a little long for this to still be part of the healing process.
