Stacey Please consult your GYN. This may be granulation tissue at your vaginal cuff apex, a vaginal tear, atrophic vaginitis(you do not say if you had ovaries removed, and if you are on estrogen), or a vaginal infection. Impossible to say without an exam. Good Luck.
