Sounds like you have a rectocele if the stool is simply "stuck" in a pouch and you have to push it out with your fingers. You should see a doctor to confirm. In that case, it could be as simple as needing stool softeners, drinking LOTS of water, and avoiding getting constipated. If that is what it is, it is not life-threatening nor is it a disease.
