Some women are extremely sensitive in genital areas, and I suppose it's possible that impact or sensations may cause orgasm. However...

If you are over 18 and have never been to a gyn, that needs to change, pronto. You need an annual pap smear, breast, and internal exam to protect against cancers that can develop even in young women.

And, another incentive: you can discuss anything with a GYN. You'll feel a lot more comfortable with them, as their specialty's focus is on the "embarrassing" sections of your body, and remember that they've heard (just about) every and any embarrassing question you're able to come up with.
