I lost my rt ovary after developing a cyst and it twisting and being strangled by an adhesion. I am having the same kind of symptoms on my left side. My doc said my ovary is still functioning due to the results of my FSH level - (but i'm on BCP). What's the best way to tell? Should I get a second opinion? I'm having pain when moving, golfing,etc...and by the end of the day my abdomen feels really achy. I don't want to lose this ovary.
