Adhesions - laparoscopy

Endo - laparoscopy

IBS - diagnosis when other factors are eliminated (diagnosis of exclusion)

ORS - get FSH and LH level along with E2 (estradiol level)

Not to confuse things but PMS (whatever that is - 10 billion symptoms having been attributed to "PMS" which may, in fact, be a multitude of things) can have gastrointestinal symptoms.
