Linda Lobulated just means irregularly shaped. Adnexal masses can be solid or cystic. We tend to be more worried about the solid ones, but you must wait on the results of the other tests before you worry too much. No fluid in the pelvis is a good sign. The true proof will be the pathologists evaluation of the surgical specimen. Good Luck and keep us informed.
