Re: A question for Dr Marchbein

I am so sorry that you haven't been able to find the doctor you need. I wish I could tell you how to find the right one for you ... someone who will try. Is there a University hospital that you can get to? It is not unusual for a University setting to make the inter-specialty consultation work better. There are also some self contained health care centers which work as a large team. It is to their advantage to refer within the group. This may be good for you as well. These are options to try. Unfortuntely, I have no solution for anyone except my patients when I run the workup or another "team" member does it and we all communicate.
