I am going away to Tahiti on a trip which I have been looking forward to for months. I leave in five days, and my period should have started a while ago. I am worried that if my period does not come soon, my trip will be ruined as it is difficult to change a tampon on a beach surrounded with one's peers. Are there mesures i can take to ensure my period comes soon, so i will not be taken by surprise, while in a small bathing suit far from civilisation? Do herbs that speed up a woman's cycle exsist? I'm sue there is sometingi can do, but what? Hurry, please help!
