Dr. Wang: Thank you for answering my earlier post. The cranberry juice I was referring to does not contain any sugar; it's the straight SOUR stuff. In light of this, is cranberry juice helpful in creating a more acidic environment?

You mentioned that Lactaid pills could be helpful. I read a brief description and do not understand how they will help yeast infections. Also you said that the pills might work better as a suppository. Which pills are you referring to; the Acidophilus, Lactaid, or both? Should I use them daily as a precatuion or during an infection? Thanks again.
