Stubborn Yeast Infections

Thanks to all of you who offered advice re my stubborn yeast infections. You mentioned that a diet high in sugar and complex carbohydrates are contributing factors. After thinking about it, I think these two things could indeed be my culprits. Could I help to create a less friendly and more acidic environment by consuming cranberry juice? Would it help to take acidophilus tablets (yogurt doesn't agree with me)?
