Nurse Claudia is quite correct. It's common and nothing to be concerned about. Sounds like she's not ovulating. This can be very normal at age 15 but can also be a sign of other hormonal irregularities that the pediatrician can check out. The tests to do (if you wish) would be FSH, LH, Prolactin and TSH.
