Yes! Most definately! I had my tubes tied after my third child in 1985. I had the surgery reversed at UVA hospital in 1989. My 4th daughter was born in 1990 and my 5th daughter was born in 1995. The procedure was a lot more complicated than the surgery to have them tied, however, I understand that the procedure has improved since then. Good Luck!
