Hi, Mary. I'm not a doctor but have also read Weschler's book - from what I've read, you will have 18 days of high temps if you're pregnant. >From your temps, I count only about 13, so it may be too early to tell.
Are the temps you're having normal - are they typically that high after ovulation? The book says your luteal phase can be anywhere from 10 - 16 days. How long is yours? I would wait a week (and try not to think about it : ) and test again.
