Assuming a complete (and negative) evaluation at the beginning, I would want a pap smear (including endocervical component) every 4 months, along with an endometrial biopsy, for one year. If all are negative, then I would return to yearly screenings. If the AGUS recurs, I would repeat the original workup, along with a LEEP or cone biopsy, and manage what I found (and leave it alone if I don't find anything).
