I have irritable bowel as well.. It took 3 years an d 2 doctors to pinpoint what was wrong. Mine got so bad I couldn't eat. My doctor put me on something called Symax-SR .375mg. YOu might want to ask your doctor about it. It worked well for me. As for the UTI's, I also have this problem. You might want to consider taking say 1 amox. 500mg a day to ward them off. I was put on this method when I was younger and it seemed to help. I hope you feel better! Mel
