Stephanie- I would go to a Urologist and ask them about this, there is a knew problem called IC (Interstitial Cystitis) that causes those symptoms as well. I went through a Cystoscopy to diagnose this and found out that I did have Chronic Cystitis, and all of the symptoms of IC and even some traces of this disease. It can be treated and its possible it could be causing your symptoms. I am not a medical professional but I have been through the same thing.
