Small bumps on the breast can be normal,especially if they look like pimples and are on the areolar area- these are called Montgomery glands. You should specifically ask your doc to look at the lump. This is really the best way to have it evaluated. Paget's doesn't usually present as a small bump. As for your labia, none of us is truly symmetrical. Differences in the size of the labia is normal, and the appearance varies as well. Unless one is exceptionally large, you needn't do a thing. I'm puzzled about the outfits, though...
