It is unlikely that you will get pregnant if the fimbriae are gone. This usually indicates there is also a problem within the tubes themselves. If you do get pregnant, there is a moderate chance that there may be an ectopic pregnancy (the pregnncy implants in the tube). You should at that time be sure you are seen by your doctor.
