Hi I keep testing positive for an UTI. My urine culture came back positive again for bacteria after a repeat test after I finished 14 days of Macrobid. It also came back positive again after a 5 day regimin of Cipro. I really don't have any symptoms. I did about a week ago...burning on urination and urgency. But now I have none of the symptoms for the past few days but I had a urine culture done 3 days a go and it was positive. My urinalysis also came back with trace bacteria. My doc wants to put me on more antibiotics but I don't have any of the symptoms. I would like to mention I have been on for the past week ECA Stack for weight loss. This is the stack of ephedrine, caffiene, and aspirin. Could the aspirin lessen the symptoms like the burning on urination so that I am actually comfortable while on the supplement. Would aspirin relieve the burning sensation? I can tell you that when I wake up in the morning I am in a lot of pain in my abdomen because my bladder is full. It feels as if my insides are on fire! And it does burn a little bit at the end of stream but only in the morning. Is it possible to have UTI but no symptoms? And is the aspirin in my supplement just relieving the pain so I think I no longer have the UTI? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
