A temp is a fever when it is 100.4 or higher. Anything else is considered normal variation. I did not know that you had been given a Depo-Provera shot. Since you have, that is almost certainly the cause of your bleeding, and it is likely to remain irregular and unpredictable. This is the most common side effect of the medication, along with weight gain.
