i am about 35lbs over weight and have started about 1 and a half months ago to try to lose. I drink alot of water and nothing else. maybe one soda a day diet of course. I weighed my self today and i have gained 10lbs more. I have watched my food intake and exercies reg./ My cycle has also changed i spot alot i am really concerned and suggestions.. i feel like i am holding in the water i drink. please give suggestions..
