I recommend something on the order of Weight Watchers and some aerobic exercise daily. Some diet you can live with forever and convert over to maintainence with normal foods. Why, you may say? Well, I'm glad you asked. Studies have shown time and time again that weight loss returns at least 90% of the time, regardless of the method of weight loss. This may exclude some methods which restrict absorption of certain nutrients which have their own risk factors. These very same studies and others show success rates climb with daliy or near daily aerobic exercise and weight training (no, not like Schwartenagger) because muscle burns up more calories than fat, even at rest.
