early pregnancy questionFrom: anonymous (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 27 Mar 2000 12:06:02 -0600 (CST)
Hello. I am hoping that you can answer this question for me. I have been charting my BBT's and cervical mucous, and position. I determined that I had ovulation last Monday, and after ovulation my cervix became low, closed and firm. On Saturday I noticed that my cervix had risen a bit, and was a still closed but a little softer. Today, my cervix is very high (can hardly reach), still softer, but still very much closed. I have also noticed a creamy discharge since Friday. Also, on Friday I was a little crampy. I know that in pregnancy the cervix softens, but does it generally stay low or rise? Do my symptoms sound like they could be a sign of pregnancy or is this a signal of impending menstruation? I am very hopeful, but not sure. Your insight would be very much appreciated. Thank you for your time. PS: IF anyone else has experienced this, I would love to hear what the outcome was.
