Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: zoladex treatment for endometriosis" About 1 year ago I underwent 4 months of zoladex treatment for moderate endometriosis. I was also put on HRT (Premique) at the same time to combat side-effects. My treatment has been very successful but for about 6 months after treatment I was suffering from unexplained palpitations, headaches, anxiety and depression which seemed pass of it's own accord though it was pretty distressing at the time.
