It is normal to feel tired for many weeks after surgery. Hysterectomies can be performed in many ways, some require a longer recovery time than others. The fatigue also usually becomes more noticeable when people become more active after surgery- right about where you are now. Some back pain can be expected depending on the type of surgery, anesthesia, and the length of the operation.
