I had a tubal ligation 2 years ago, after the birth of my 3rd child. I was expecting my period on Mar. 15th. (very regular). The week prior to my expected period, I had heavy mucus discharge. During this time I felt tired, bloated, and nauseous. Yesterday morning, I awoke with cramping (not at any particular side--from back to front) and light bleeding (bright red). Today, the cramping has subsided, but continuing to bleed bright red. Am I experiencing a miscarried? I am also very concerned about having an ectopic pregnancy, but do not seem to be experiencing the signs.
