If it was, I apologize for missing it. Five years ago, I had a TAH/BSO. I've been on estrogen on and off during that time. Two months ago, my doctor put me on Climara 0.075 mg and Premarin Cream 0.625 mg for atrophic vaginitis. Since that time, I've had burning and stinging that goes from the middle of my stomach to my right side. I quit taking Climara two weeks ago because I didn't like the way it was making me feel; however, I continue with the Premarin Cream. My question is could the burning and stinging I'm having be a possible side effect from the Premarin Cream? I thought it was my ulcer but have been on a bland diet, Carafate, and Tagamet, and it hasn't helped. I was tested yesterday for H. pylori, and it was negative. I had a cholecystectomy years ago.
