At 30, with normal blood tests (and I'm presuming all appropriate hormones AND clotting factors and platelets were also checked), if there's no hormonal irregualrity and no physicial irregularity, some might recommend ablation is one were sure to not want kids. IF you're not in that situation, you may need a fresh second opinion to review all you pathology and tests. The Ovral and Premarin seems like a lot of medicine.
