BTB (break through bleeding) is very common in the first 3 months on very low dose pills. A recent study has shown that the lower the dose, the lower the acne and Allese can lower acne so, if it's not too troublesome with the bleeding, stick with it. In most women, it clears in the first 1-3 months.
