I haven't seen any literature discussing this but I'd have to wonder about Tamox (an antiestrogen in the breast) and HRT with estrogenic activity.

Tamoxifen and Evista have both estrogenic and antiestrogenic activity. I haven't seen paper on combining either one with HRT.

Evista reduces breast cancer and lowers choloesterol (plus fights osteoporosis). Combining with HRT seems counterproductive. We're waiting for the perfect estrogen (only good effectsk, no bad effects) and it isn't here yet.
